On the ground floor, perfectly accessible and barrier-free, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first floor,
you'll find a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, a room with a french bed, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. All areas are
carefully designed and functional to ensure maximum comfort, with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, major household appliances, and a water purification system.
The outdoor area is perfect for sharing convivial moments throughout the day. At the front, you'll find a spacious furnished veranda adorned with
the lentisk, the house's symbol. At the back, there's a barbecue area with a pizza oven, fireplace, a second kitchen with gas stoves, and a
large granite table seating up to 20 people. Private parking completes the offer, making Villa Lentischio a practical and pleasant choice for
a carefree vacation.

The rented holiday house may only be occupied by the number of
people stated in the booking confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of overcrowding, including a short-term additional
overnight stay, we must be notified and a corresponding surcharge
may be payable.
Please note that setting up tents, mobile homes or other overnight
accommodations on the property or the adjacent road must also be
approved. Subletting or reletting is not possible.
At check-in:Deposit Upon arrival, the guest must pay a cash deposit of 300,00 euros, which will be returned on the day
of departure, after deducting additional costs and any damage to the property or not waste separate collection.
Final cleaning and consumption eur 250 to be paid at check in.
Sheets + towels for 20.00 per person provided upon request; the kit includes a shower towel,face, bidet, bed sheet set. To be confirmed before arrival and pay at check in.
Daily housekeeping service is not included.
Check out: Leave the house swept clean and in a tidy condition. The cooking and eating utensils must be washed and the refrigerator must be empty.
The entire furnishings of the house must be in the same condition you found it. We ask you to avoid leaving any kind of food in the house, but
if you want to leave leftovers or unopened food discuss it with us before departure. Please do not leave any rubbish in the house.
No smoking in the house
The drip irrigation system is controlled by a timer, please don't touch it
Always lock the gate.
Damage
The tenant is obliged to report any damage that occurred to the
property or the furnishings during his stay. The tenant is liable
for all damage caused by the tenant, fellow travelers or visitors.
If there are any defects in the rented accommodation, the customer
is obliged to do everything reasonable to keep the damage to a
minimum or to help remedy the problem. In the event of any
disruption in performance, we must be notified immediately so that
the defects can be remedied.
Complaints
Defects in the rental property must be reported immediately when
they occur or are detected. If you have any complaints about the
initial cleaning of the property, please let us know so that remedial
action can be taken immediately. The presence of insects, ants, etc., which are typical in southern
countries in the summer months,and leafs in wind days is not a reason for complaint.

to the beautiful Orvile beach.
You can choose the convenience of the beach right under the house in Matta e Peru, reachable on foot with a short walk through the
pine forest, or the enchanting Orvile beach with its postcard-like scenery, a unique natural setting. Here, you'll find the entrance
to the Tepilora Park with the Posada River, where you can practice kayaking and canoeing, the long sandy beach ideal for long walks,
and the village of Posada with its Castello della Fava in the background.
In this setting, you'll also enjoy the convenience of services such as snack bars and a restaurant. All main services, including
supermarkets, banks, and restaurants, are reachable within a few minutes.
